Week 5 is the worst I have had so far. In the moment the week doesn’t seem that bad but when taking an overall look at things it was really bad. Most of the bad week was caused by me as well while I’m looking in hindsight. I did the minimum work on all of my projects to make it through the week. Man that was a bad choice for sure. Regardless the week also was bad because with the relaxing of the mindset once more and all the stress I ended up being either very indifferent in every situation or being angry for no reason and it was not a good place to be in. Week score 2/10
Week 6 I’m going to start this week with a very famous quote. “Never leave that till tomorrow which you can do today” Benjamin Franklin. This quote is very famous and many people know it and follow the instructions. However it doesn’t really make sense until it’s to late because during this week because of the work I pushed off I now had almost double to do and the more there was the less desirable it was to work on the assignments. On top of that even when I was out doing fun things like watching a movie it was always in the back of my mind nagging at me. Eventually I finished the entire workload with a couple of sleepless nights. Even throughout it though I was in a better mood than I would have it I wasn’t attempting to stay positive. Week score 3/10
What I learned this time is keeping a good mindset and staying on top of everything really goes a long way to being happier.
