Week 1-2

First I would like to say that ill be covering the six weeks in 3 posts so 2 weeks per post is what I will be covering.

Week 1 started and with out any goal I was just going through the motions there wasn’t anything particularly exciting or bad happening so nothing really changed my mood would change depending on the situation but I didn’t feel any better or worse than I normally do. All in all the week was really average. Week score 6/10.

Week 2 I started the week particularly poorly with a huge wave of homework that when finished brought about more of a sigh of release and exhaustion than happiness. However the week over the course of time slowly got a little better and better till I hit a wall almost. I was trying to be optimistic and happy but after a certain point my days and even the entire week was stagnant it was better than normal but it wasn’t excellent. Week score 7/10

What I have learned this week isn’t much I can’t tell if the 2nd week was better because of my attitude or if it just happened to be better this time around.
