Thank you for joining me on my adventure through school and trying to have a better life by making every day a little happier. My goal here is to record my progress on having a better life to do that I decided to record my feelings in a normal day and then compare that to a day where I actively try to be optimistic and keep a good attitude. I will be doing this for about 6 weeks. For the first week I will go through normally and the second I will try to be positive and implement strategies to stay happy like smiling more often or removing myself from potentially upsetting situations.
